Need a rest

It's a miserable day outside and I need a rest. 
That's the perfect bed for it, don't you think? 
I'll be reading in my book, sleep, reading in my book, sleep, reading... 
Isn't that what Sundays are for?

My sons showed me this video on You Tube.

By the way my younger son wants to take dancing lessons...
and he has already found a girl who wants to be his dancing partner... I am happy...

Today we are going to an exhibition in Basle. Afterwards we are invited to a friends house.
She is an artist and if she allows I will take some pictures of her art
and show it to yo in one of my next posts.

Tolix chairs

Are you also a fan of Tolix chairs? I am - definitely! 
They are sold in many colors and they always look fantastic. 
Actually I favor the vintage version as on image number two.

Two weeks ago I went to one of my favourite shops and made some photos with my mobile. 
Even if I did not intend to buy anything - 
I always leave the store with a little something in my bag... 
but who said 
"I can resist anything but temptation"

I've been organizing our photos and on this occasion I found these pictures. It shows a meal my darling cooked for us. He made the pastry house (baked with wrapping tissue) as well as the filling himself. 

I still remember what it tasted like: Simply delicious and to die for! 

Hope he reads this post soon and sets the pans on fire! Jepeee!

This apartment brings spring feelings towards me! Everything light and squeegee clean. I am not a fan of stabilo yellow and green but in this context they look incredibly fresh to me!

Would like to see it bloom...

Wow! What a brilliant idea to hang up the pots this way! 

What a joy it must be to see the plants grow and bloom and become a curtain full of life!

 It reminds  me of Italy where pots are often hung along walls. This is the more sophisticated way though!
