Paul drying the perch fillets |
I love the structure of these wonderful fishes - kind of art |
Dipping them in beer batter... |
for frying... |
The first batch is done! |
Ready to eat! |
Paul did a wonderful job!
Eating those tender fishes is always a feast and brings back memories
of sitting on the borders of Lake Lucerne in summer time with family and friends!
Kind of wallowing in luxury...

I have never had perch, as we tend to eat sea fish, but this looks DELICIOUS! In fact, we cook little sardines in the same way... well, my mum did, and I can taste that flavour, as I write, Christa!
ReplyDeleteTell Paul that his fish looks really really delicious and... good job I am not there, because I would eat the lot within two minutes. YUMMY, SCRUMPTIOS... my kind of food! It just goes to show that men aren't that useless, after all!!!!
Ciao, Christa! Well done, Paul, especially if you filleted the fish. Looks fantastic!
