Roasted veggies with cinnamon



winter veggies such as carrots, celery, leek, parsnik, onions, garlic, sweet potatoes, etc.
mix with cinnamon powder, salt. pepper and olive oil

add cinnamon sticks and put them on a tray

roast in the oven until brown at high temperature




These veggies make a tasty side dish with many dishes. 
The flavor of cinnamon is wonderful and warming heart and soul.
Just right for the season to come!
