Preparations for preserving quinces

 Choosing the fruits, rubbing them with a cloth
 Quartering, putting them in a pan, cover with water, cook for about 50 minutes or until soft
Pouring them in a bowl and letting them stand overnight (that way the color of the jelly will deepen)
