Before and after...

Sprouts, blue grapes, walnuts mixed with olive oil, maple syrup, salt and coarse-ground pepper.
Mix well, put on a tray and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.

That's what it looked after baking:

As we had overmuch bread I made the following:

Cut bread in half, spread some butter and mustard on it, put Camembert cheese on top, sprinkle with rose pepper, coarse-ground pepper and bake in the oven at 200°C until the cheese has melted.

Before baking:

After baking:

I think this is an easy dinner for an easy evening in wintertime -
and a glass of red wine with it, is the final touch!

Enjoy!

Skate at Somerset House

While in London we passed the ice-rink at Somerset house. I was so happy to see it:

Inside is the Christmas Arcade with many lovely items perfect for presenting to your dear ones - or to yourself...

All is decorated so prettily and with care

When we came back outside the ice-rink was tinted in purple... such a Christmassy feel...

As an extra I was able to shoot these pictures in the Arcade.
I think this makes a heavenly decoration and
I may use the idea for a window in the staircase next year:

Wishing you an exciting new week with lots of pleasure, happiness and joy!

I was in Christmas heaven!

... and you can go there as well!
All the pictures were taken in the shop of my sister in law and her friend Iris:

The address is:

Kasimir-Pfyfferstrasse 14, CH-6003 Luzern

That was a glimpse inside Christmas heaven - are you ready to go inside?

Well, what a question! You are, aren't you?
Then come with me....

It is all made with much love and with an eye for the detail - pretty, so pretty!
After I shot these pics I visited a Christmas market and what I saw there was just so unloveable - I could not take any picture and left soon.

I shall show you more on Thursday.

Take care!
