Today was a sad day for us! Our guinea pig Daisy died. In the afternoon we noticed that she had a blown up belly. I had always thought the belly was so huge because we fed too much. But this was in a way not normal anymore. So we brought her to the vet. He discovered a big tumor in the belly and said that this tumor is eating her up as otherwise she was very lean and skinny. She was given an injection to put her to sleep. We were all crying tonight and are very sad. We will miss her because she was a kind of smart and certainly cute.
