Came back this afternoon. Happy and tired. I brought you these pics of a charming Cinquecento.
What do you think about it? To me it's Italy of the Fifties.
I had prepared posts for you to appear during our "holidays" but Google has done many changes so they did not appear. Thanks for the confusions Google...
I'll have an early night today and will surely sleep tight!

Hello Christa!
ReplyDeleteI just posted something new and it took me all day! Everything's different! It puts me off posting!
The poor FIAT 500 you took a photo of really is a very old car! They are now considered almost vintage and they are so cute!
Italians like beautiful, fast cars, but old 500s are classic cars and there aren't many of them left.
I can see rain on the car... it's so old, it's lost its shine, poor little thing! I take it Le Cinque Terre was a bit wet, wasn't it? Still nice getting away from home, isn't it?

I love it! Fiat has come out with a new one that is very similar, but of course lacks the character of the old ones.
ReplyDeleteEine hübsche rote Rarität!

How fun it would be to have a holiday in that car.
ReplyDeleteMy mother owned two of the little Fiat Cinquecentos... white ones. The cutest little car.
ReplyDeleteMy eldest son Manel, bought an original for Heleen last year for her birthday.. white also.. she's called "molly" even has a basket on the back. when we go to the market in Lisbon sometimes.. its amazing the stares we get.
Nina has the new version. She drives it around Lucern.. I love this car Christa.
thanks for the post.
