A taste of Italy - part 5

That's how it all started - with beautiful squid

and prawns...

flat leaf parsley
courgettes

and pasta leaves

Paul did all the cutting

... while I did all the cooking

this is what it looked like in the end - it tasted simply deliciously and so Italian!

This recipe from Anna of A Taste of Italy is worth copying (like all her recipes by the way!) The preparation is dead easy and quick! Just as we like it on a Friday evening.
You'll find the recipe on Anna's blog.

What else can I add to that?
Well, maybe to have a glass of chilled Italian white wine or maybe even two...

  6. YES, CHRISTA! It looks fantastic and it's nicely presented. You know, it really makes me happy to know that someone actually uses my recipes. Very well done! I make you and Paul honorary Italians!

I hope you enjoyed your meal... of course, the sauce is just as good on linguine or spaghetti. I just like the idea of a lighter, healthier lasagna without meat.

    You clever, clever girl, Christa!
