Bruschette







Quick dinner yesterday: Toasted some bread, rubbed in some garlic, sliced some tomatoes,  squeezed them onto the bread, added some chopped basil, salt and pepper and poured a little bit of olive oil over. These bruschette were accompanied by feta cheese, green salad and a glass of red wine.

Live is never trivial but it can be so simple...
