Nature takes over

What would happen with buildings, streets, ferris wheels etc., if mankind would leave the earth?
Here are some wonderful examples how it nature would take over...

I hope your weekend is splendid and cheerful!

  2. I know that when we leave our home, even for a short while, things grow up where they have never grown before. If we abandoned ship for a month or two I think that we would probably not be able to get up the drive.
You always find such interesting photos, and I love the ivy cut in the shape of a heart.

  8. Hi Christa, I love these photos . . . it would not take very long at all for nature to do its thing.
Just think of how fast weeds grow in the garden.
I spend all yesterday afternoon pruning back trees and vines in my little back yard. I was even wondering how much longer I will be able to do this. I'll be 67 in another week and this old body gets worn down with these huge undertaking. My garden could look like these if I stop pruning.
Have a great day and thank you for sharing these photos, Connie :)
